This is a plain-English summary of how Levai handles your information. It is written to be clear, not to be legal advice.
What we collect
If you leave your details, we collect your name, phone number and (if you give it) your business name. If you use the chat, we keep the questions you send, along with your IP address and a browser session ID so the chat works and we can improve it.
Why we collect it
To answer your questions, to follow up with you about Levai, and to make the service better. That's it. We don't sell your information, and we don't share it except with the tools we need to run the service.
Where it goes
Your details and chat history are stored securely with Supabase, our database provider. The chat itself is powered by Anthropic's Claude, so the questions you type are sent to Anthropic to generate a reply. Both are established providers with their own security and privacy practices.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, any time. Email jacob@levai.com.au or call 0404 599 334 and we'll sort it.
